Objectif général
In this training course you learn how to develop a Safaguarding policy if you don’t have one yet. If you already have one this is your chance to further develop it and learn from others.
Objectifs pédagogiques
By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to:
- Understand how safeguarding guidelines can be created, adapted and implemented in European Solidarity Corps volunteering and daily organisation activities involving ESC volunteers
- Work with and co-create safeguarding materials suitable for their own organisational realities.
- Learn from and with others active within the European Solidarity Corps volunteering by sharing successes, dilemmas, and resources.
- Create clear, actionable safeguarding implementation and development plans that can be taken home and used immediately.
Public cible
Professionals and practitioners with active involvement in the European Solidarity Corps programme - Volunteering projects (representatives from accredited organisations in ESC, supervisors, tutors, mentors, NA/SNAC partners representatives)
